To reignite San Francisco’s love for Old Potrero Rye Whiskey, we built a citywide trail that celebrated the spirit’s local legacy. Through a blend of content, community, and cocktails, we invited locals to discover eight iconic bars, each with its own Old Potrero story. From custom drinks to neighborhood pride, the campaign stirred up excitement, sparked engagement, and brought this beloved rye back into the spotlight.
To bring fresh energy to Old Potrero Rye Whiskey, we created a campaign rooted in local pride, bar culture, and rich storytelling. The Rye Trail reconnected the city to its signature spirit, one cocktail (and conversation) at a time.
We designed a dedicated landing page featuring an interactive map of eight iconic San Francisco bars, each serving up a custom Old Potrero cocktail. With videos, interviews, and neighborhood stories, the page became a vibrant digital hub for discovery and connection.
We ran geo-targeted social ads and partnered with local favorites like Sunset, SF Mag, and 7×7 to spread the word. The paid campaign boosted awareness, drove engagement with weekly giveaways, and brought locals and visitors alike into the Old Potrero fold.
