oneteam™ is proud to welcome Roxana Dorigo as Chief Financial Officer, bringing a rare combination of financial discipline, operational scale, and growth-stage leadership to the agency at a pivotal moment in its evolution.
Dorigo joins oneteam™ after more than two decades with KW Property Management & Consulting, one of Florida’s leading residential property management firms. During her tenure, she served in senior finance leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Finance, overseeing accounting departments responsible for condominium and homeowner association financial reporting. Her background also includes controller roles across financial services, restaurant, and import/export businesses, and she began her career at KPMG LLP. She holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Miami and is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Her experience comes from inside a business that scaled significantly. KWPMC became part of Odevo in 2022, marking Odevo’s entry into the U.S. market. At that time, KWPMC had more than 2,000 employees, over 80,000 homes under management, and annual revenue just over $140 million. Dorigo helped scale the finance function inside that fast-growth platform as it grew into part of Odevo, now an international property management group with annual revenue exceeding $740 million. She has also been recognized within the community association industry, including being named among Florida Community Association Journal’s “Women Making a Difference.”
At oneteam™, Dorigo will lead financial strategy, forecasting, cash flow management, reporting discipline, and operational finance structure. Her role will extend beyond traditional CFO responsibilities. As oneteam™ continues building a modern agency model powered by senior talent, nearshore leverage, and AI-enabled workflows, including its proprietary LIFT conversion platform, Dorigo will help ensure that growth is matched with the financial clarity, margin discipline, and structural rigor required to scale responsibly.
